The Swaziland Competition Commission has launched an investigation into the Swaziland Medical Aid Fund (Swazi Med). Momentum Swaziland and Getmed, among other complainants, claim that Swazil Med has engaged in anticompetitive business practices. They allege that Swazi Med prevents medical practitioners from accepting its competitors’ medical aid cards. The Competition Commission seeks public comment on Swazi Med’s practices to assist its investigation.
