Court order directs Cofeco to examine Inbursay-Telefonica collusion through shared board member
Reuters reports that it has obtained a copy of a January 30 order by the federal court that asks the Federal Competition Commission to look into the conflict of interest posed by Isidro Faine. Faine sits on the boards of both Inbursay and Telefonica, two rivals. The court believes that such an arrangement facilitates collusion between the two companies.
