CRA Expands Antitrust & Competition Practice with New Vice President

Charles River Associates (CRA) has announced the addition of Dr. Keler Marku as Vice President in its Antitrust & Competition Practice. According to a statement from the firm, Dr. Marku brings a background in industrial organization, microeconomic theory, and data science to his new role.

    Per a statement from CRA, Dr. Marku has experience addressing issues related to generative AI competition and intellectual property (IP) matters. His work includes the development of theoretical and econometric models that support analysis in areas such as antitrust, mergers, damages, and copyright disputes. The firm noted that he supports testifying experts in Competition and IP cases and assists in regulatory investigations involving mergers and acquisitions across a wide range of sectors, including technology, telecommunications, life sciences, chemicals, publishing, and agriculture.

    Before joining CRA, Dr. Marku served as a senior principal at an economic, technology, and strategic advisory firm. In that position, he provided guidance to clients on regulatory investigations and supported expert testimony in cases spanning several industries. According to a statement from CRA, his prior experience enhances the firm’s ability to advise clients navigating complex competition and IP challenges in rapidly evolving markets.
