E.U.: Commission approves of ground handling services merger

The European Commission has announced in a press release its approval for LBO France to buyout Aviapartner. Aviapartner is a ground handling service based in Belgium; both companies provide related services. The Commission announced that it found no hampering of competition strong enough to block the deal.
