EEUU: Qualcomm no podrá bloquear documentos de rivales en caso de competencia
El fallo preliminar de la jueza Lucy Koh en el Tribunal de Distrito de EE. UU. Para el Distrito Norte de California declaró que Qualcomm debe otorgar licencias a algunas patentes involucradas en la fabricación de los llamados chips de módem, que ayudan a los teléfonos inteligentes a conectarse a redes inalámbricas de datos, a empresas de chips rivales. El viernes 14 de diciembre, el juez Koh falló nuevamente contra Qualcomm.
