La Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo de la Audiencia Nacional ha anulado la sanción de €60,000 euros impuesta en septiembre de 2015 por la Comisión Nacional de los Mercados y la Competencia (CNMC) al Consejo General de la Abogacía Española por restricción de la competencia en los Servicios de Asistencia Jurídica Gratuita. También ha revocado la sanción de €30,000 euros que la CNMC había impuesto en septiembre de 2015 al Colegio de Abogados de Guadalajara por el mismo motivo.
