Traders gathered at the forum held by Platts to revive their complaints, alleging that Platts’ prices of ethanol do not reflect the market, among other complaints. The company was searched by EU authorities five months ago as part of a probe into allegations of market manipulation.

Regulators also raided Statoil, BP, Royal Dutch Shell and Argos Energies offices in part of the investigation.

Regulators have not yet released the results of the investigation nor officially charged companies with any wrongdoing.
