FAS launches probe into PVC market

The Federal Antimonopoly Service has launched a probe to investigate possible cartels in the Russian PVC market. The watchdog is looking into cartel agreements among PVC producers, as well as any cartelization in the soft cable compounds, chlorinated paraffin wax, caustic soda, and chlorine markets.
