The Hellenic Competition Commission has fined the Association of Greek Flour Industries and Kaplanidis Mills € 100,000 each for obstructing on-site inspections. The Association of Greek Flour Industries gave “incomplete, inaccurate and misleading information regarding the location of key documents,” and then failed to produce the documents. Kaplanidis Mills removed and hid certain electronic files from its network.
