Geradin Partners Expands Its Reach with Amsterdam Office

Ruben Elkerbout, a distinguished expert in competition law, brings a wealth of experience to Geradin Partners’ Amsterdam office. He is well-versed in antitrust investigations, merger control proceedings, and has a strong background in litigating matters of EU law. His expertise extends to private enforcement of competition law, competition damages cases, and complex regulatory issues tied to sector-specific EU legislation, consumer law, and more.

Mattijs Baneke, with over a decade of experience practicing competition law at top law firms in the Netherlands, including his most recent stint at Stek, will play a pivotal role in the new office. His primary focus areas encompass merger control, private enforcement, and distribution models. Additionally, Mattijs provides valuable insights on Dutch FDI screening rules and other regulatory aspects.
