India: DIAL’s monopolistic and arbitrary pricing under questioning

The competition watchdog of India has raised concerns over monopolistics and arbitrary pricing. Especially by public-private partnership which runs Delhi’s international airport. The GMR Group, an infrastructure company, holds 54% stake in the Delhi International Airport consortium (DIAL), while Airports Authority of India has 26% share, and the rest is held by Fraport and Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad.
