Individuals and corporations convicted for $2.3 million kickback scheme to defraud NYPH

A Manhattan jury convicted four individuals (Michael Yaron, Moshe Buchnik, Santo Saglimbeni, and Emilio Figueroa) and three corporations (Cambridge Environmental & Construction Corp., Oxford Construction & Development Corp., and Artech Corporation) for their roles in a kickback scheme to defraud New York Presbyterian Hospital. Contracts were awarded to the construction and asbestos abatement companies in exchange for over $2.3M in kickbacks for an eight-year period.
