IVRCL Assets and Holdings & IVRCL parent proposed amalgamation approved

The CCI has approved the proposed amalgamation of IVRCL Assets and Holdings with parent company IVRCL, as well as the spin-off of IVRCL A&H’s real estate business into a new company. The two companies have received in-principle consent from their respective boards of directors for the proposed amalgamation.
