OpenAI Unveils Financial Details of Restructuring Plan, New Deal With Microsoft

As part of the restructuring, the non-profit will also hold a $100 billion stake in the spun off Public Benefit Corporation (PBC), “making it one of the most well-resourced philanthropic organizations in the world.”
