Senate committee sends FTC letter to fight foreign software piracy

The sixteen members of the Senate Small Business and Entrepreneurship Committee sent a letter to the FTC on Monday, April 3. The letter exhorted the FTC to investigate software piracy by foreign manufacturers as a form of unfair competition with U.S. businesses. Signatories to the letter include Senator Mary Landrieu and Senator Olympia Snowe.
