Spain: CNC fines the ALMA Scriptwriters Association for disseminating price

The CNC Council has fined the ALMA scriptwriters association €29,700 for having prepared and published recommended fees for freelance audiovisual scriptwriters since 2001. On 3 October 2012, the CNC Council considered it proven that ALMA had disseminated price recommendations and other contractual trading terms, thereby restricting competition.
