Spain: Regulator finds competition violations in Cantabrian transport sector

The National Commission of the Markets and Competition of Spain has opened an investigation into possible anti-competitive practices in the public transport sector for passengers in the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, particularly affecting school transportation, including the distribution of customers and fixing of bids or tenders.
