Reports say Vodafone filed the complaint with regulators late last week following Telefonica’s deal struck with broadband provider Jazztel, which has the two partners sharing fiber networks.

That deal, made is October 2012, is accused of playing a role on Telefonica’s efforts to hold a monopoly over Spain’s fiber networks, according to Vodafone’s complaint. Telefonica reportedly denied the allegations.
