U.S.: FTC okays $1.9B software merger

The Federal Trade Commission has agreed to an early termination of the waiting period for review of a merger deal between RedPrairie and JDA Software Group Inc. While the deal is subject to other regulatory measures, RedPrairie is set to acquire all JDA assets for about $1.9 billion.
