UK: Antitrust expert Simon Pritchard joins Linklaters LLP in London

Media outlets have reported that antitrust lawyer Simon Pritchard has joined Linklaters LLP in London as a partner. Pritchard is a former senior director of mergers at the Office of Fair Trading, as well as a former partner at Allen & Overy LLP. His portfolio includes involvement in the Ticketmaster/Live Nation merger and the Novartis/Alcon transaction.
