UK: Britain’s budget plans to include major Eurostar sell-off

    The government plans to sell its 40 percent stake in the rail service as the UK budgets plans for the next 20 years for energy, communications, transit and water infrastructure contracts.

    Chief Secretary to the Treasury Danny Alexander announced the plans earlier this week, though noted that definitive plans to sell the shares have not been determined.
