UK: Ex-OFT chief executive Fingleton starts firm in London

The media has tracked down the former head of Ireland’s Competition Authority. John Fingleton is reportedly establishing a consultancy service in London, Fingleton Associates. The firm says on its website that it focuses on competition, regulation and government policy advice and guidance. Fingleton went from the Competition Authority to become the chief executive of the UK’s Office of Fair Trading between 2005 and 2012.
