US: Antitrust lawyer leads newly opened Carlton Fields office

    Neubauer will open the firm’s newest location in Los Angeles in efforts to follow a high incidence of class action lawsuits filed in the state, the firm said.

    ”Our class action defense practice, in particular, has driven us into California, where many such cases are filed,” the firm’s president and CEO Carlton Fields said.

    Neubauer has focused its practice, in addition to antitrust, on commercial, entertainment, real estate litigation, among other specialties.
