US: Kirby McInerney boosts whistleblower practice with antitrust hire

Kirby McInerney is boosting its whistleblower practice with a new hire, according a press release, that will simultaneously enhance its antitrust and consumer fraud specialties.

    Randall M. Fox will join the firm as a partner in New York. Most recently, Fox focused on whistleblower actions at the New York Attorney General’s Taxpayer Protection Bureau, serving as founding Bureau Chief.

    According to the press release, Fox was also a partner at Leboeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae where he focused on antitrust and consumer fraud litigation, among other areas.
