“Kirkland has had significant litigation matters in Houston for many years, but now has litigators on the ground to build the practice and enhance service to clients in Texas,” said Jeffrey C. Hammes, Chairman of Kirkland’s Global Management Executive Committee. “Anna has the perfect combination of experience and ambition to drive that effort.”

Ms. Rotman represents plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal court, counseling clients on bet-the-company matters. She has significant trial experience in business disputes and antitrust litigation for clients that span global industries, with a particular focus on energy, technology, and aviation. She joined Kirkland from Houston litigation boutique firm Yetter Coleman LLP, where she was a partner.

“Anna is a dynamic lawyer with the energy, vision and skills to lead our civil litigation practice in Houston — with the depth and resources of Kirkland’s national litigation practice behind her,” said Mark Filip, a partner in Kirkland’s Litigation Practice Group and member of the Firm’s Global Management Executive Committee.
