Rebecca Farrington brings experience to her new role, with a practice that spans government merger and non-merger investigations as well as private antitrust litigation. Her client roster includes industry leaders such as Saudi Aramco, Newmont Mining, Anthem and Hertz.

Farrington has a track record of defending both proposed and consummated mergers before the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the Department of Justice (DOJ). Her expertise covers a broad range of industries, from pharmaceuticals and healthcare to semiconductors, food products, aviation and petroleum.

In addition to her merger work, Farrington has successfully defended clients in non-merger investigations, including those involving alleged market allocation and violations of Section 8 of the Clayton Act.
