    Abstract:      On March 1, 2016, the ABA Section of Antitrust, Exemptions and Immunities Committee presented a panel with an update on state action immunity since N.C. Dental. After giving a brief refresher on N.C. Dental, the panel discussed the recent Federal Trade Commission guidance on the decision, an update on pending state action cases, and how states have reacted since the N.C. Dental decision.
