La CNMC (Comisión Nacional de los Mercados y la Competencia) ha realizado nuevas inspecciones simultáneas durante los días 20 y 21 abril en las sedes de varias empresas del sector de la mensajería y paquetería comercial.
Esta es la segunda vez que la Comisión realiza inspecciones en empresas del sector ante la sospecha de posibles prácticas anticompetitivas. Las primeras tuvieron lugar durante los días 11 y 12 de noviembre de 2015, ante los indicios de posibles conductas anticompetitivas, consistentes en un reparto de clientes entre compañías presentes en ese mercado.
