Rolls-Royce Holdings comprará la participación del 53,1% que el grupo de ingeniería Sener posee en Industria de Turbo Propulsores por unos 720 millones de euros, que se liquidarán en el plazo de dos años. Con esta adquisición, Rolls-Royce reforzará su posición en los programas de crecimiento de grandes motores de su división civil.
