Belgian firm Pharumlegal recently hired Marc Picat in Brussels to enhance its expertise in EU regulated market.
Picat has substantial experience in Belgian, European and competition law, especially in the context of merger control, notifications, antitrust, State aid cases, and investigations. On the commercial front, Parc routinely advises clients on the drafting and negotiation of a wide range of contracts such as selective distribution and franchising agreements. He also represents them in litigation or arbitration when disputes arise. Picat will also head the French Desk.
