Compagnie Financiere Richemont SA, the Swiss owner of Montblanc, Cartier and other brands, said Friday, March 23, that all antitrust authorizations for its offer for Yoox Net-A-Porter (YNAP) Group SpA have been obtained.
The Swiss luxury company said the condition of effectiveness of the offer has been fulfilled. The offer remains subject to the minimum acceptance level condition as stated in the offer document, said Richemont.
Richemont offered €38 (US$46.96) per share of YNAP.
