    Merger Control in China: Procedural Rights

    Abstract:      This paper focuses on procedural rights in the Chinese merger control process. It describes the rights available in the relevant laws and regulations, and discusses their application in practice. The paper also attempts to offer thoughts and suggestions on the possible further enhancement of procedural guarantees in the merger control process going forward.
