Perú: Consultores Centrum critica Ley de Competencia en Perú – ‘Insuficiente’
La actual ley de conductas anticompetitivas no es suficiente para defender la competencia entre empresas, señaló hoy martes Santiago Dávila, socio de EA Consultores y profesor de Centrum. “La actual ley de conductas anticompetitivas es insuficiente para defender la competencia, pues no regula todas las potenciales prácticas anticompetitivas que se derivan de la formación de monopolio”, dijo Dávila.
Las fusiones más importantes en el Perú en los últimos años abarcan mercados como el de transporte aérocomercial, cervecería, embotelladoras, banca y otros varios sectores como las clínicas privadas y las AFP.
