La Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC) decretó por medio de una sentencia judicial que los operadores de cable no pueden seguir retransmitiendo la señal, tanto análoga como de alta definición, de los canales Caracol TV y RCN TV sin previa autorización de los mismos.
