EEUU: Plantronics recibe sanción de $3 millones por borrar correos en caso de competencia
Una corte federal de Delaware ha sancionado a la compañía Plantronics Inc con una multa de $3 millones de dólares tras descubrir que un ejecutivo de alto nivel en la compañía habría ordenado a sus colegas a borrar todos los correos relacionados a un caso de violación de derecho de competencia, intentando también borrar miles de sus propios documentos electrónicos.
