En 2015 la Comisión de Promoción y Defensa de la Competencia tuvo la mayor cantidad de asuntos entrados desde 2012. Fueron 26, que se sumaron a otros 11 que venían del año anterior. De esos 37, resolvió 24 por lo que 13 quedaron para este año, según la Memoria 2015 del órgano desconcentrado del Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas.
