    According to reports, two sources said Friday that a phase two will be opened over the deal following its preliminary review, which is set to conclude May 8.

    Liberty Global is reportedly pursuing the Dutch cable market as it looks to strengthen its presence in Europe; reports say its bid for Ziggo values the company at about $13.8 billion.
