France: Complaint against Orange’s ‘predatory strategy’ gains support

Reports are saying that SFR and Bouygues Telecom, both French mobile operators, have joined a complaint filed against Orange France. The complaint already includes UFC-Que Choisir, a consumer association, who filed with the Competition Authority in January. The complain is accusing Orange of “predatory strategy,” forcing its customers into locked service with its quad-play services as the company forces customers to forfeit their mobile service if contacts are cancelled.
