Suncor Energy pleads guilty to gas price-fixing in Ontario

    Less than a month after Pioneer Energy, Canadian Tire, and Mr. Gas pleaded guilty to a price-fixing conspiracy for retail gasoline, Suncor Energy Products has also admitted to price-fixing gas from May to November 2007 in Belleville, Ontario. The Ontario Superior Court handed down a $500,000 fine.
