Retirees WA can continue collective bargaining agreements with funeral directors
The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission has reauthorized collective bargaining for Retirees WA members. Retirees WA collectively bargains with the Western Australian Funeral Directors’ Association, as well as other independent funeral directors, for access to pre-paid low-cost funerals. The ACCC has approved a ten-year term of authorization.
