MoloLamken, a distinguished national litigation boutique, announced the return of Eric Posner, a globally recognized legal scholar, to its Chicago office as counsel. Posner’s rejoining marks a significant addition to the firm’s expertise, further solidifying its position in the legal landscape.
Posner brings a wealth of experience, having recently served as Counsel to the United States Assistant Attorney General for the Antitrust Division of the Justice Department. During his tenure, he provided counsel on several of the government’s most notable antitrust investigations and cases, showcasing his expertise in the field.
As the Kirkland & Ellis Distinguished Service Professor of Law at the University of Chicago Law School and the Arthur and Esther Kane Research Chair, Posner is renowned for his prolific writing and scholarly contributions. With over 100 articles and more than a dozen books to his credit, including the critically acclaimed “Radical Markets” and “Last Resort: The Financial Crisis and the Future of Bailouts,” Posner’s insights have left an indelible mark on legal academia.
His latest work, “How Antitrust Failed Workers,” published by Oxford University Press in 2021, further underscores his commitment to addressing pressing legal issues affecting society.
