Ann O’Brien is the leader of the Cartel and Government Antitrust Investigations Task Force at BakerHostetler. Ann has extensive knowledge of antitrust enforcement practices and policy decisions gained from her nearly 20-year tenure at the U.S. Department of Justice in the Antitrust Division and her experience counseling corporate and individual client. Ann held numerous senior leadership and management positions in the Antitrust Division, including as the Assistant Chief of the Division's Policy Section and Acting Director of Criminal Enforcement.
