David Plotinsky leads many of the firm’s most sensitive national security and law enforcement matters. He previously served for 25 years in the federal government, including 10 years on Capitol Hill and 15 years in various leadership and other national security roles in the executive branch. He maintains an active security clearance and is considered a national authority in areas including investment security, supply chain security, and US-China competition.
