She joined Keystone from the UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA), where she worked as a Director leading market and merger investigations, with a focus on digital cases. Emily has over 15 years of experience as a competition practitioner undertaking analysis, research, providing advice and overseeing the delivery of large complex investigations. At Keystone, she specialises in competition and behavioural insights within the framework of economics for competition, consumer protection and digital regulation, working closely in conjunction with the firm's technical teams. She advises clients on the enforcement and compliance with the European Commission’s Digital Markets Act and the UK’s Digital Markets Competition and Consumers Act – covering matters such as app stores, AI, browsers, search and connected TVs. She has also worked on several telecoms and AI-related mergers.
