an-Baptist joined Loyens & Loeff in 2025 and deals with matters related to general administrative law, public procurement, public-private partnerships (PPPs) and infrastructure projects. Jan-Baptist advises as well as represents clients in court.
Before coming to Loyens & Loeff, Jan-Baptist wrote a doctoral thesis on judicial review of governmental and company discretion, which allowed him to gain expertise in a wide ranges of topics, such as constitutional law, general administrative law, corporate law and contract law.
