I work at the intersection of EU policy, social and labour affairs, and participatory governance, with a focus on translating policy objectives into socially grounded outcomes. I am currently completing a Blue Book Traineeship at the European Commission’s Joint Research Centre (JRC), Directorate B – Fair and Sustainable Economy, where I support policy-oriented research and strategic processes at EU level. My work includes drafting briefings and analytical notes, contributing to internal communication, and co-designing workshops for diverse policy audiences. In this context, I also contribute to work on the integration of artificial intelligence in public administration, with a focus on governance, institutional capacity, and social implications. My policy exposure includes competitiveness, twin transition and EU budgetary frameworks.
