Theresa Sullivan is an Executive Vice President with Compass Lexecon. Dr. Sullivan has extensive experience in consulting to private companies and Federal agencies on antitrust matters. She has led analyses of proposed mergers and of the competitive effects of business practices. Her experience in monopolization cases includes evaluation of claims of predation, patent misuse, collusion, and exclusionary conduct.
