The competition watchdog has given the go-ahead for broadcaster Ten Network Holdings to sell its EyeCorp outdoor advertising business. Ten announced in July that it had struck a deal with Outdoor Media Operations (OMO), which had agreed to buy EyeCorp for up to $145 million AUD.
