Covington Hires Ex-DOJ Antitrust Counsel

Lauren Willard has rejoined Covington & Burling as a partner in the antitrust and appellate and Supreme Court litigation practices in Washington, the law firm announced Wednesday.

    Willard will represent clients in complex civil litigation and class actions, mergers and acquisitions, and government conduct investigations, the firm said. 

    She has previously served as counsel to the assistant attorney general of the antitrust division at the US Department of Justice, Covington said.
