District judge accused of bias replaced in West Penn-UPMC case

The Court of Appeals in the Third Circuit has replaced U.S. District Judge Arthur Schwab with Judge Joy Flowers Conti in the West Penn-UPMC antitrust case. The change comes after West Penn Allegheny Health System claimed Judge Schwab was biased against the party and misrepresented its legal positions.
